Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Viking Brewers. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and calculated based on your destination region and total weight of your order. Orders will be delivered within 3 – 4 working days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially in far outlying areas. If you have not received your order after 4 business days, please inform Viking Brewers at orders@vikingbrewers.co.za quoting your order and tracking number.

Viking Brewers  ships nation wide to addresses within South Africa.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Viking Brewers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Viking Brewers includes comprehensive insurance on all orders shipped out door to door, free of charge, to Viking Brewers customers. If you received your order damaged, please contact Viking Brewers on orders@vikingbrewers.co.za so that a claim can be registered as soon as possible. Please include details of damage and supporting pictures. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
